RESERVATIONS CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY

River Terrace accepts reservations for groups of 5 or more. However, for parties of 8 or more, credit card info must be provided at time of reservation. A $1 charge will be run at the time to verify card, which will be deducted from check at time of event. In certain instances, a $10 per person deposit may be required, at owner's discretion, including for all prom groups. There will be no charge for cancellations except in the following and certain additional select instances as deemed needed:
1. A fee of 20% of anticipated revenue may be charged if cancellation is with less than 48 hours notice, at owner's discretion. "Anticipated revenue" is defined as an averaged ticket of one beverage, one appetizer/dessert, and one mid-priced entree, totaling $40 per person plus tax.

2. A fee of 50% of anticipated revenue plus 18% gratuity will be charged for cancellation of any table or room for which another party was declined a reservation due to already being reserved by canceling party, regardless of amount of cancellation notice provided. If another equivalent or larger party replaces canceling party by original reservation date, this cancellation fee will be waived.

3. A fee of 50% of anticipated revenue plus 18% gratuity on 100% of anticipated revenue will be charged on no-show/no call reservation parties - no exceptions.

Parties engaging reservations with River Terrace agree to these terms, and reservations are accepted conditionally upon reservation parties agreement to not dispute aforementioned charges to credit card companies, if such are effected.

RESERVATIONS ONLY ACCEPTED FOR PARTIES OF 5+ PEOPLE.

Smaller parties are seated in order of arrival, with waiting parties seated immediately upon tables becoming vacant.

Stop in to purchase in person with cash or credit card, or call us at (931) 223-5135 to order by phone with credit card (2% processing fee will apply). We can hold gift certificates at the restaurant for recipients to obtain when they come in for dinner, or can mail to recipient if requested, at no additional charge.

DRESS CODE

Business casual. Nice jeans are fine. No sleeveless shirts for men, please.
